I’m usually a VTNZ customer, but after having bad experiences recently decided to go to the mount AA after being recommended it by some friends. Brought my car over, and it’s a modified s13. All the staff were polite and when the tech returned my car to me, happily ran me through the small issues my car failed on, how to rectify them and was pleasant to talk to and didn’t get frustrated when I asked him questions. 10/10 will bring all of my future vehicles here

I booked in for a WOF and service, with a few minor repairs included. From the start, the team at Mount AA were excellent costs were clearly communicated, and their recommendations were explained in a way that made everything easy to understand. While waiting, I received a phone call about an emergency with my pet. Without hesitation, the team offered me a courtesy car so I could leave immediately and return later once things were under control. That level of care and flexibility meant the world to me. Professional, transparent, and genuinely compassionate. Thank you

I had a really positive experience at AA Auto Centre Mount Maunganui thanks to Jasmine and Rachel. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole process. They made everything easy to understand and went out of their way to help. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Their warm attitude and great service made a big difference highly recommend 😍😍😍😍

Honest opinion quick ,fast no issues came in for a battery change with no appointment done within 15mins great service good team.
