Worst experience ever regarding the WOF inspector assigned to my vehicle. During the inspection, he focused excessively on the vehicle’s past repairs, despite my providing a valid repair certificate. He explicitly stated that the repairs were “not up to his standard” and insisted that only he could decide whether to issue the WOF. His behaviour appeared to be a misuse of authority, creating unnecessary difficulty and preventing me from obtaining a WOF for a vehicle that meets legal requirements. This conduct was unprofessional, obstructive, and not in line with expected inspection standards. I request that this inspector be reviewed for misconduct and that appropriate action be taken, including reassignment or replacement, to ensure that future inspections are fair, professional, and consistent.
Rang to ask about WOF cost, booking and informed them that I needed a rear brake light replaced Was informed of cost, no booking and could replace bulb if not too difficult. Took vehicle in and was informed that they were NOT able to take the fixture off to replace the bulb and to take it elsewhere. 🙄
Staff are friendly dont hesitate to go there. No long ques to have WOF check done. Priced. Reasonably in comparison to other places that do WOFs. Fast and efficient service.

Very quick turnaround for WOF inspection and friendly staff. Turned up at around 8am in the week and there was only one vehicle ahead of me.
