Terry had a big job to sort out my FORD Transit van. He was under the pump with setting up his new workshop, whilst trying to clear out his old workshop.
Through all this I got my van back & it's running like a dream. Have been taking my vehicles to Terry for years & he's always looked after me well. Including my old M111 Zephyr

Terry is the best mechanic in Tauranga. Highly recommend him to everyone. My job was difficult and he went beyond normal service investigating parts and sourcing parts that actually worked and fixing my vehicle for the future - not just a band aide. He dealt directly with my Mechanical Repair insurer making everything easy for me.

The expertise and customer service here is absolutely exceptional! I have been dealing with Terry and John at Bay European who have been wonderful. As I have a Porsche which does not have a dealership in Tauranga, I was worried about who take my vehicle to if I couldn’t get to Auckland. It’s comforting to know that the guys at Bay European have a relationship with Porsche and are experts in all things European vehicles.
So grateful to Terry and John!
