Love this place. Cool indoors or warm outdoors with shade sails. Reasonably priced cabinet food, lots of nice cakes and slices. Unfortunately, milk is Allpro, but there is Otis Oat milk, which made a nice coffee. Curly fries always a hit with the kids. Big breakfast was super tasty.

Visited this cafe for lunch today, with three colleagues.
Immediately impressed with how much space we had, which was nice.
Coffee's were promptly made, strong and delicious. Two of us had organic fruit juice.
When the food came out, I was astonished at the presentation.
One smashed avocado on toast, with 2 poached eggs, and tomato. Beautiful fresh tarakihi with chips, and a burger that looked absolutely delicious.
Sufficeth to say, I fully recommend this place to have brunch or lunch. As far as the food goes, you won't regret it, under this current management!!! ~ 14/04/2026.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict expecting the traditional dish with hollandaise sauce, but it came with a spicy curry-style mayonnaise instead. When I mentioned it, I was offered garlic mayonnaise, which still wasn’t quite what I expected with Eggs Benedict, so I ended up just eating the meal without the sauce.
It seems the café has chosen to replace hollandaise with a curry-style sauce, which really changes the character of what is normally a classic breakfast dish. I also noticed another table receive the same dish with the curry sauce poured over the eggs and they ended up sending it back.
The serving staff were friendly, but overall it was a disappointing experience for what should be a simple classic breakfast. It might help to make the sauce variation clearer on the menu so customers know what to expect.

My first time here and I loved it.
I ordered avocado on toast with a beetroot relish and poached eggs. It was so delicious 🤤
Coffee was pretty good. Service was friendly and helpful even with a few special requests.
Location is great with a nice view over the water. Given it's part of a little shopping complex there is also enough parking
Decor and atmosphere is really nice
Toilets were ok but wouldn't call it clean
Can recommend anyone to come

Fantastic food and service. The team were extremely friendly from the start. We had a group of 8 and all the food came out quickly. The coffee is really good, the bowl of coffee is literally a bowl too! Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly, big breakfast was massiv.
