Loved it so much we came back the next day. Such generous portion sizes at a great price. Highly recommend the Eighty Eight (big breakfast) and the Creamy Mushrooms. And the size of the carrot cake 🤩

Visited Eighty Eight Café and was impressed by the portion sizes — definitely generous and worth the price. However, the food itself was fairly average in taste. We also had quite a long wait for a table, which took away from the overall experience a bit. Good value if you’re hungry, but don’t go in a rush.

My husband and I had an awesome experience yesterday. We both got the Brioche French Toast. It was delicious, generous portions, fantastic value for money & fast & friendly service. The coffees were perfect too. We highly recommend!

Well, I’ll start with the heartbreak CLOSED Tuesdays! Had to go to another cafe for a mandatory date scone today, it had ginger in it, which was really nice……but, nowhere near as nice as the now famous, date scone at 88. I’ll be back tomorrow and the next day 😊
