I recently brought my electric bike in for a full service, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team here is truly top-tier. My e-bike feels brand new again, and the level of care and expertise they put into the maintenance was immediately noticeable. What really impressed me was the efficiency, not only was the turnaround time excellent, but the price was significantly better than my last service two years ago. Despite the lower cost, the quality of work was vastly superior. A huge shout-out to Melon for the incredible service. He took the time to explain exactly what was repaired and even walked me through some helpful tips on how to keep my e-bike running at its best. If you are looking to buy an electric bike, they have a fantastic selection for sale as well, and the shop's location is super convenient with easy parking, making the entire experience completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service in the bicycle industry. I’m officially a fan! Fabulous service and advice from Robin and the team as we investigated the best ebike for our needs. We were able to test out five different ebikes and once we had selected the Kathmandu Cube hybrid, the team were excellent at assisting us with accessories as well.
