They’ve done work before and were great! Reasonable price and good work This time around was terrible, charged me 280 or so for a scan didn’t want to give me the print out and they did the scan to tell me the motor was blown. It didn’t need a scan to tell you that I’m not a mechanic and I could tell the motor was crook (to add insult to injury billing you for listening and saying it was the scan that cost money) (probably knew they couldn’t do anything for me but still wanted a payday for 1 minute of work) When they went to bring it out of the shop and load it up the mechanic hit a muffler or catalytic converter that was outside the shop to and damaged the paint on my car on the front bumper 2 big scratches (got the engine swapped over now but didn’t really care at the time cause I thought the car was gonna go to the scrap yard, now that it’s fixed and running good again I’m ticked off they damaged my paint) So second time round wasn’t a great experience first time with a different car they were great. (update to reply to owner) Once again not a mechanic at all when I loaded it off after paying your bill I could clearly see a belt came off took to another mechanic and they said it was the belt that controlled the water pump. Your team missed that or at least failed to mention it…. Nothing to do with timing belts
