THANK YOU Kylie! ✨️ I have not traveled in some time and being a bit older now I needed some advice/information. I thought travel agents were almost lost to technology but thank goodness NO..and a friend sent me to the team at Helloworld travel agency in my search for travel options. Kylie is unbelievable! She could not do enough for me. She explained everything, all my options, and helped me get the best deals. She is well traveled so gave up to date tips and much needed travel advice. She helped me sort the best day trips, the best locations, accomodation and flights etc all while keeping to my budget. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble for Kylie and she showed a lot of patience with my lack in technology skills, my indecisiveness and more. Infact i had very little to do as she was so efficient. Steve is a delight also and I can honestly say it shows in their happy demeanor and customer care that this couple are passionate about people and travel. If unsure about anything just ring them. Thank you, Steve, for helping us plan our trip to Japan.
