I believe the technician who arrived was Rob (apologies if I got the name wrong), and I found him to be very knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly sorted the problem for me and also gave me some good advice on spa maintenance. Great service.

I have been a customer of Ford Spa for many years
Following a visit and discussion with Jason . Rob and his colleague did an excellent job repairing the base of our spa. They arrived as planned with text updates on timings. They were tidy and very helpful in answering my queries and cleared up well before they left. I thoroughly recommend Ford Spa as a service provider.

Jason Ford and the team at Hot Spring Spa's Tauranga sold us the perfect corner spa pool for our small space, and have been regularly servicing it ever since, supplying us with all the products required, as well as the perfect outdoor umbrella. They have recently organised a new spa pool cover to be made - as the sun had finally got to ours after 10 years. The staff are all great to deal with, and we appreciate the great customer service and ongoing support provided with our original purchase.

My wife and I purchased our Beam spa 6 yrs ago. We really in enjoy it and the running cost is not as high as other makes. The follow up of treatment material is great. Great service
