Jason Ford and the team at Hot Spring Spa's Tauranga sold us the perfect corner spa pool for our small space, and have been regularly servicing it ever since, supplying us with all the products required, as well as the perfect outdoor umbrella. They have recently organised a new spa pool cover to be made - as the sun had finally got to ours after 10 years. The staff are all great to deal with, and we appreciate the great customer service and ongoing support provided with our original purchase.

Really pleased with our spa pool purchase and the service and installation we received from Hot Spring Tauranga aka Ford Spa Pools.
Jason is excellent to deal with. No pushy sales talk. He listens to what you are wanting and gives great advise from many years of experience. It was vey helpful to be able to try out different spas too.
Rob and Hamish handled the delivery and installation, with clear instructions on maintenance. Everything went very smoothly.

We couldn’t speak highly enough of the service we received from Jason and his team, from buying it, through to the installation.
We were put at ease by Robert & Hamish during the installation showing us how to use and maintain the spa pool.
We have had our spa for four months now and absolutely love it, we work out, surf & there’s nothing better than a spa straight after.
