Alana Dresner (House of Travel) has arranged and booked both big holidays I have had in the last 2 years so I know how organised and efficient she is. Hence why I have come back again. My Mum and I had a recent appointment with Alana to look into booking a European riverboat cruise (on my Mums bucket list, top thing to do!) I had emailed Alana to tell her this was the info we were after and when we arrived to chat, she had already looked into this for us (with short notice given) and was organised with information and ideas and she had considered other possible options for us to 'tag on' which we hadn't considered but were excited to hear about!! She is so organised, planned and thorough! She def listens and wants to get the best deal for us and I trust she will do so. Since this appointment Mum and I have booked the cruise part of the holiday (where Alana went back and got us the best deal which we are so grateful for!) and she is now organising all the other parts for us to lock it all in for next year. I would recommend Alana as the best (and fun) travel agent to work with! Nadine :)

She was welcoming, assessed our needs quickly, made helpful suggestions and formulated a plan. Bookings and an itinerary were formulated and communicated rapidly.
