Had the GF pancakes and I do understand they are very difficult to make and all but when it turns out as a scone I think it's better to just not serve them and recommend something else. Also the tomatoes were frozen from the others that were on the same table
Great food and coffee also. It was a yummy buttermilk pancakes, eggs Benedict, and the scones are best ever, I loved the scones . Had to wait for little bit but I know good things take times. .. .. Good work sue👍🏼
The food here is good but unfortunately the service really brings the experience down. The staff were very slow and I even had to take my own drink out of the fridge because no one brought it to the table. On top of that the whole restaurant smelled strongly of fryer oil which made it unpleasant to stay inside. Overall, despite the decent food the poor service and atmosphere mean I would not come back.
Treated my wife to Sunday Breakfast here before church; the Full Monty (small) was amazing. GF option available which was a big plus. Excellent service.
Right in the centre of Tauranga. Nice chill atmosphere, music 60s 70s 80s. Parking on a Sat morning quite hard to find and theoretically only 30 mins. Food was excellent. Coffee very good. The menu was the usual fare, their lunch menu starts at 8am and some nice options there. The most impressive feature, very rare in cafes, is they offer a small version of nearly all their meals at nearly half the price. This was great for us as we don't have big breakfasts. I had the small eggs bene which was just right, my partner the full monty (big breakfast) which was more a medium than a small soi got some leftovers. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.
