Will not take cash because doesn’t want to count the domination and amount I have. Disappointing. Money is money.
Avoid exchanging money here. I exchanged currency at this store and later discovered their rates were much lower than other places nearby. When I called to request a same-day refund, I was initially told it would be possible, but then they called back to say it wasn’t allowed. This refund policy was never mentioned at the time of the transaction.
The girls I have dealt with are all extremely nice and helpful. I hope they get breaks during their shifts.
Shocking place to convert currency as they completely rip you off. My fault for not getting a wishes card sooner but lesson learnt and won't be going there again :(
