Absolutely recommended. On our motorhome, the hose was torn off from the sewage tank and dragged on the road. Was really easy to install by the manufacturer. The workshop helped us in the shortest possible time and that without an invoice! There was a thank you in the coffee box. 6 points!

Absolutely fabulous service. Engine light came on in the camper van. Brendan checked it out for us and fixed the problem. Really great guys to deal with. Had us on our way in no time.

On my way from Bay Of Islands to Katikati, we started having fuel system issues with my Mazda Bounty Ute. Found Northern automotive online who were hardly 5 minutes away. I left a message and Chris got back to me around 8:00 on Saturday night. Being to late in the evening to do anything Chris called me back Sunday morning. He got mechanic Shawn over to take a look. There was a call out fee and minimum charge but I thought it about right for being a Sunday. Discovered we needed a new part so took until Monday to resolve the issue and fix vehicle. The Ute is now running better than it has in quite some time.
Great communication, friendly and all round awesome service from these professionals. Happy with what it cost too. If you have a vehicle in need of work, feel confident it will be in excellent care.

Had an oil change and service . .I was early for my appointment as I had travelled from a distance , but they didn't keep me waiting ,they started straight away. Very pleasant and helpful staff . Also very busy .
It was a cold day and I waited in the office , they offered to turn a heater on for me and also offered my wee dog a drink of water . I was happy with the work and pricing was reasonable. Even tho' it means I have to travel a distance , I would be more than happy to take my vehicle there again .
Altogether I was pleased with my experience and would recommend .
