Northridge Auto was formed in 2021 by friends and colleagues, Paul Loots and Ruandre van Dyk. They saw the need for better automotive services in Tauranga, and ventured out from employment to self-employed.
With rare, specialist training on American and European cars, and with 26+ years’ combined experience on vehicles here in NZ and abroad, Paul and Ruandre are well-equipped to diagnose, service and repair your car or light truck – no matter where it came from.
GENERAL SERVICING
Every engine needs regular servicing around every ten to twenty thousand kilometres to replace the ‘consumables’ in the engine. These can include the oil, oil filter, air filters, and fuel filter, depending on the model of vehicle. At the same time we’ll check the condition of parts and systems that commonly fail with age.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
All moving parts wear out eventually. Gearboxes get looser, clutches start slipping, fans slow down, spark plugs need replacing, sensors get dirty – these are just a few of the common issues we get that warrant maintenance. Left alone to progress, a small issue can lead to a breakdown – or a catastrophic failure.
