So, I said to myself, "Let me try this one." I met Chris, and he was helpful and honest. Ever since then, my husband and I have taken our cars only to them. I recently had my car serviced and the tyres changed at Premier Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed! The team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The quality of their work has earned my complete trust. I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs. I brought my BMW to Premier Automotive due to an issue with my brakes. I made an appointment expecting the problem to be resolved, but I was disappointed when I received a call later that day. They informed me that they had identified the issue, but I would need to schedule another appointment to have the front brakes replaced. To make matters worse, I was charged $100 just for diagnosing the issue.
They promised to send me a quote for both the brake repair and some new tires, but unfortunately, I never received it. As a result, I decided to have the problem fixed elsewhere. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, their lack of follow-up and poor communication left a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

A good practical and professional job on the automatic gearbox of a Mazda Verisa. It was looking like trouble but these guys resolved the problems with a minimum of fuss and at a good price. A fantastic result and much relieved.

Chris and the team at Premier automotive have always been very professional and have a good reputation in the local automotive industry. Chris is very experienced and I would have no hesitation recommending him. I use them for WOF and servicing of my vehicle all the time . Wouldn't go anywhere else.
