Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. My husband bought cherry tomatoes that looked fine through the packaging because the store’s large sticker was covering it.
When we got home and opened them, they were covered in dark, sunken spots and starting to rot.
He went back to request a refund, but they refused because the item was '40% off.' They offered an exchange instead, but even the new batch had the same fungal spots. Selling rotting food under the 'Organic' label is unacceptable and a health risk. A discount is for ripeness, not for mold and decomposition which can be very harmful and toxic for the body, speacially when our 2 year old is the one who loves cherry tomatoes.
I am definitely reporting this incident.
The photos are from the second batch we got exchanged, the first one was even worst.

I’ve been ordering online regularly from Simply Organic for the past two years, and I can honestly say it has been the best experience from start to finish. The manager, Laura, is the kindest and most helpful person you could imagine — she truly goes above and beyond.
The orders always arrive on time and carefully packed, and every now and then there are little surprise treats included, which is such a thoughtful touch. On the rare occasions when something isn’t available (which is just part of the nature of organic groceries), the team is quick to update me and always communicates so clearly.
What stands out most is how genuinely kind and caring all of the staff are. Their warmth and professionalism shine through in every interaction. After two years, I can say with confidence that Simply Organic sets the gold standard for service and reliability. Highly recommended! 🌿💚
