I have visited this store a few times and have been completely ignored every time - no greeting or acknowledgement at all. Clearly I wasn’t deemed worthy of their efforts! Now I don’t bother going in as I’d much rather spend my money somewhere that can be bothered being polite to people. Also; the presentation of their stock is chaotic and unattractive, letting down the quality brands they represent.

Husband went in to buy me a handbag. Terrible Service didn’t even serve him. Now we buy from the Auckland Deadly Ponies store who are wonderful

Horrible irresponsible company! I would give them zero if I could. They sent me an an empty bag and blamed it on DHL! There was more than $200! Would not refund my money after multiple requests!! Never buy anything from them!! They are a scam not a legitimate company!!!

Sisters is fine if you want to feel like Julia Robert’s in Pretty Woman, (when she walked into the store without Richard Gere).
if you don’t look like a Mount or Grey Lynn/Ponsoinby influencer, it’s likely you’ll feel invisible or even worse, shunned. I won’t shop there after going in there twice to shop (& spend) and left feeling like I’d unknowingly donned “invisible” cloak.
Hey Sisters, don’t judge a book by its cover. Be nice and you might discover the hidden jewels beneath the surface of many of the ordinary, everyday sisters & people that come into your shop.
If you like one colour (vanilla) keep doing what you’re doing! We’re in a new century Sisters - the world has changed and it’s full of vibrant, colourful people who like to be seen and greeted when they walk into your retail store.
Disappointed, I went down the road to Tildas and got welcomed and treated like a real person and the staff happily helped me find the perfect outfit for a special, big event to go to. I happily spent plenty my money (same $ value everyone else’s) for a fabulous outfit and most importantly, great customer experience.
Can’t say what it’s like online, but won’t browse based on my in-person non-experience

I reached out about a pair of jeans I was eyeing, and they went above and beyond by providing the exact measurements, which really helped with sizing, something most stores don’t do. That kind of service is rare: super responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Once I had the measurements and was about to place my order, I discovered that international shipping to Europe was around $80, which made it too expensive for me. I ended up ordering from a European retailer instead, but if I lived in New Zealand, this would definitely be my go-to. Huge thanks again, and sorry I couldn’t order directly!
At least the good news is, your store came up first page on Google all the way from here, so your SEO game is clearly on point 😉
