A wee gem in the mount. Staff are amazing and friendly, clothes are next level and their sales are the best. Every time I go in, I feel welcomed so love shopping there. Big thank you to Ann-Marie and all the staff for your expertise and kindness.

Went into this shop on Wednesday the 8th of January with my mother and daughter and did not feel welcomed. 2 staff members were not interested in giving any sort of customer service. It was 3:40 pm. 2 staff members stood in the middle of the store and said out loud so everybody in the store could hear that all the jobs to close we’re done like “washed the dishes, and closed the toliet window” and the other staff member then replied “great we are ready to rock and roll at 4” giving in the impression to get out of the store. Pretty disgusting service considering it was a week day and the amount you charge for your products. Not a good vibe to walk into.

Fabulous women's clothing boutique, can't wait to come back for another visit. Love my two Jacquard Detail Tops with matching Cable Infinity Scarfs. I have worn them both and are so warm.

Both Wendy stores have something for every woman who loves
B E A U T I F U L and a gorgeous wardrobe.
However the service in the Mount Maunganui store Saturday 12 Sept. fell far from what I've come to expect from these ladies. I acknowledge it was a busy morning but the stress and consequential inability by store Mgr. to connect and help customers in a warm and friendly manner, was evident. A first-time negative vibe felt in this store and evidently felt by others as eye-contact between other ladies was observed, in reaction to Mgr's less than obliging ability to help.
Might just stick to the Tauranga store for now. Would much rather avoid a repeat of what I would call rudeness.
