YOU Travel has been booking our trips for last 7 years. From destination wedding for our daughter and 80 guests. To 25th wedding anniversary holiday. And in the last 2 years Eloise has been planning our European holidays x2 with 21 day cruise, fantastic hotel spots, package deals etc. 6 weeks till we depart on our next trip. I just want to say a huge thank you to Eloise R, she has been amazing in supporting my elderly father with travel arrangements to date. Eloise went above board to assist my father with a refund from an airline after he had a fall at the airport, just after checking in and this caused him considerable stress, and she helped resolve this issue with the airline over some months. Very Thank full for the support and impeccable customer service.
We worked with Maree because our overseas trip was pretty complicated for us. We were travelling to the States for a wedding but wanted to spend the majority of our time in Mexico. This meat going into ad out of the States twice. Maree managed this request so well, giving us some great options to choose from, and found some great deals. Highly recommended.
